How do I allow pet descriptions or notes to display on our Petco Love Lost listings?

By default, pet descriptions and notes are hidden on Petco Love Lost listings. If your organization would like these details to appear publicly, a registered admin user can enable this setting in your account.

To enable pet descriptions:

1. Log in to your organization's Petco Love Lost account.
2. Navigate to the Admin tab.

3. Scroll down to the Pet Report Settings. By default, this toggle is turned off.

   

4. Turn the toggle on to allow pet descriptions and notes to display on your listings.
