How do I update our email?

Navigate to your account dashboard. Click on the "Account and Users" link:

You will be redirected to your organization information. To update the email address that the public will use to connect with you about possible pet matches, simply adjust the email address in the text field under the email address heading and click the purple Save button at the bottom.

If you would like to update/edit the email address associated with your Petco Love Lost account, you will need to connect with the Petco Love Lost Team to make that adjustment. Please click the Contact us link at the bottom of the Organization Information fields to make your inquiry to the team.
