Why is my reunion number lower than the reported pets number?

The reunion data is still in the beta phase, so it may not be 100% perfect yet. However, the reported reunions function similarly to your Return-to-Home (RTH) rates.

For example, if 10 pets are reported lost, not all of them may be reunited with their families—just as if 10 pets enter your care, only a portion may be reclaimed by their owners. Some pets remain missing longer, and not every lost pet report results in a reunion.
