What do I do if a member of my team forgets their password or cannot log into our Petco Love Lost account with their credentials?

As a Shelter Admin, you can push a password reset for any user added to your Petco Love Lost account. Find the user’s name within Manage Users and click on the three dots. From there you can select reset password and that user will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
