How do I use Petco Love Lost if I lost or found a pet outside of work?

We recommend that everyone has their very own personal Petco Love Lost Account. This will allow you to get familiar with the user side and it gives you the chance to register your own pets.

In addition to registering your pets, you have the ability to use the lost and Found tools in your personal account. If one of your pets ever goes missing, you can update their status to lost. If you happen to find a pet, you can also add the pet as found while in your direct care.

Once the pet is reunited, you can remove them from your personal account, or update your personal pet as "safe at home". 

 If your organization has animal control or a field team, members of this team can log in to your organization's account and conduct a quick found search to see if there is a potential match for the found pet before bringing into the organization to be processed as a stray.
