Searching for Matches in the Field

Your team in the field can use Petco Love Lost to search for potential matches before even bringing the pet back to the shelter. Through your dashboard, there's an area that officers can click to quickly and easily run a search for the pet they've picked up. This allows them to check for any matches in the Petco Love Lost database on the spot, potentially reuniting pets with their families faster and reducing the need for intake.

1. Log in to your Petco Love Lost account.
2. Navigate to the Quick Search section on your dashboard and select to run a search via photo search or map search depending if you have a photo to upload. From there, Petco Love Lost will guide you through a couple of quick steps.

3. Review potential matches. If you see a match, click to view the contact information of the owner to connect with them directly.
