How do I view a pet’s potential matches?

Navigate to the Pets in Care section of your dashboard.

Any pet listing displaying the purple "Review New Matches" label has a potential match waiting for your organization to review.

To view a potential match, simply click on the pet's listing. Then, select the green checkmark to open the potential match and review additional details about the pet and the person searching for or reporting them.
