After selecting the green check mark and reviewing all other details for that new match alert, you will have the ability to communicate with the owner of a pet you believe may be a match. To view contact information, navigate just under the purple shaded boxes and the contact information for that particular user will be displayed. Please reach out directly in whatever method is preferred to inquire more about that particular pet.
