How do I communicate with a user that may be a match with a pet in our care?

After running a search and reviewing all potential matches for a particular pet in your care, you will have the ability to communicate with the owner of a pet you believe may be a match. To view contact information, click on the pet you believe is a potential match. Under their photo, any contact information for that particular user will appear. Please reach out directly in whatever method is preferred to inquire more about that particular pet.
