Navigate to your account dashboard. On the top left hand side of your screen you will see a list of options including Your Pets, Your Profile, Toolkit, and Help Center. Click on the Your Profile tab.
You will be redirected to both public and admin information. To update the email address that the public will use to connect with you about possible pet matches, simply adjust the email address under the Public information heading and click the purple Save button at the bottom.
If you would like to update/edit the email address associated with your Petco Love Lost account, under the Admin Information heading, you will need to connect with the Petco Love Lost Team to make that adjustment. Please click the Contact us link at the bottom of the Admin Information fields to make your inquiry to the team.
